policy on all items with NO RESTOCKING FEES.
Returns on full-price merchandise
must be made within 60 days of purchase. Returns on sale merchandise
must be made within 14 days of purchase.
No returns or exchanges
are accepted without a return authorization number (RAN). If you
require a RAN, please follow the simple guide line below.
1) Fill
out the return authorization form below within 72hrs after you
have received your shipment.
2) Once you have completed your authorization form, you will receive
your RAN with in 1 business day.
3) Please return your purchase within 60 days from the original
date of it's arrival, as it arrived, UNUSED with original dust
bag and all tags.
(After this 60 day period, all returns will be sent back to you
and your card will be charged for additional shipping and handling
fees)
4) Please print out a copy of your confirmed RAN email and enclose
it with your return.
We strongly recommend using UPS or FedEx that provides a tracking
number, as we are not responsible for lost packages. We will refund
your payment minus original shipping fees with in 10 working days
after it has been received. It's that easy.
Please allow two billing
cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Enjoy a six month warranty
on our handbags, baby bags, and small goods. For any manufacturing
defects within this timeframe, repairs are on us (our apologies!).
